Licenses & Permits

Beach Permits
For weddings on the National Park Beaches, you will need a $50 Special Use Permit. Contact the National Park Service at (850) 934-2620.

No permit is required to use the State Park or public beaches.

Wedding Licenses
All Florida residents who apply for a marriage license will have a three-day waiting period. No waiting period for non-Florida residents. No blood test required. Bring Photo ID with birth date and know social security number and date of previous divorce (if applicable). Cost of the Marriage License is approximately $93.50. Clerk’s office is in the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Building, 1st Floor, 190 Governmental Center, Pensacola, Florida. Monday - Friday, 8 am-5 pm. You must arrive prior to 4:30 pm to have your license issued. Contact the Clerk's Marriage Division (850) 595-4170.
